Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Lead a landscaping & hardscaping crew
- Operate trucks, trailers, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently
- Train new crew members
- Accurately report time and material usage
- Other tasks and responsibilities as need or directed
- Sufficient hardscaping experience: brick pavers, retaining walls, steps, etc.
- Sufficient landscaping experience: trees, shrubs, lawn, mulch, stone, etc.
- Valid driver's license
- Chauffeur's license or ability to obtain
- Able to safely operate skid-steer, brick saw, truck & trailer, laser level, and other necessary tools and equipment
- Able to set grade for walls and patios
- Be reliable, dependable, and a team player
- Able to safely handle the physical demands of the job
- Hourly (Starts at $28 and goes up from there based on experience & qualifications)
